Have you lost something? Don't worry, it happens frequently. Here are the steps you need to follow to recover your belongings:
1.Contact Tursib S.A.
- Dispatch Department: Check if your item has been found and handed over to Tursib S.A. dispatch by calling the phone number 0269/426/100.
- E-mail: Send an email to relatiicupublicul@tursib.ro with details about the lost item. We will respond as soon as possible if the item has been handed over to Tursib S.A.
- Tursib Agencies: Ask at the nearest Tursib agency if the item has been handed over there.
When contacting Tursib S.A., please:
- Provide a detailed description of the lost item. Include information such as color, size, brand, and any distinctive features.
- Attach a photo of the lost item (if possible).
- Specify the date and time range when you believe you lost the item and the bus line used.
2. Contact the Police
• Check at the nearest police station in the area where you lost the item to see if it has been handed in there.
Recovery Location:
Items lost on public transportation and handed in to Tursib S.A. can be recovered from the Tursib dispatch office, located at 1 München Street, Sibiu, between 07:00 – 17:00.
Have you found an item and don't know what to do?
People who find an item or document on public transportation are requested to hand it in at:
- The nearest police station
- Any Tursib Agency
- The bus driver
- Tursib headquarters at 1 Munchen Street, Sibiu
If you have lost your Tursib card, you must visit any Tursib agency in person as soon as possible after discovering the loss. At the agency, you will need to complete a loss declaration for the card, and your lost Tursib card will be deactivated. Upon your request, a new card will be issued to you.
