- The cardholder must present himself/herself at any Tursib agency as soon as possible after the damage/loss/theft is discovered.
- The cardholder shall identify him/herself with his/her identity card.
- Tursib staff check the database (list of users) to see if the presumed cardholder has been issued a Tursib card.
- The cardholder declares the damage/loss/theft of the Tursib card under his/her own responsibility.
- The original card is deactivated in the system so that it can no longer be used.
- The cardholder will be issued with a new card, which will be activated and topped up with the remaining unused period of the damaged/lost/stolen pass.
- The card will be activated within 24 hours of the cardholder's request.
- The cardholder is obliged to keep the document proving that a new card has been issued. It will be presented to the company's traffic inspectors in the event of a check within 24 hours of the new card issuance. This document certifies that the applicant has a valid card since the date shown on the document and is travelling within the activation period of the new card.
Tursib S.A. cannot be held liable for disclosing the data on the card, in the event of its loss or theft.
