The 24Pay mobile application is a solution for purchasing Tursib travel tickets using a mobile phone, integrated by Tursib as a purchase method in November 2018.

Through this app, Tursib customers can purchase tickets and daily passes directly from the bus using their mobile phone. The application offers a modern, fast, and secure way to pay for public transportation.

Travel tickets available in the 24Pay application:

URBAN TRAVEL TICKETS

1. 60-minute ticket
2. Daily pass

METROPOLITAN TRAVEL TICKETS

1. 75-minute ticket
2. Daily pass

The app is available for Android and iOS operating systems, and users can download it for free from Google Play, Apple Store, or AppGallery.

To use the app, a user account must be created and a bank card enrolled.

Steps to follow to purchase travel tickets in the 24Pay app:

1. Open the 24Pay app;
2. Go to the "Public Transport" section;
3. Select "Sibiu";
4. Choose the desired zone (urban/metropolitan);
5. Select the desired travel ticket (ticket or daily pass);
6. Make the payment.

After the transaction is confirmed, the purchased travel ticket will be available in the "Wallet" section. It can be accessed during ticket inspection and shown to the transport operator's representative.

*The proof of payment for the purchased travel ticket will be sent to the user by email if this option is selected in the app at the time of purchase.

It is important to note that the travel ticket purchased through the 24Pay app is valid from the moment of purchase and does not require validation when boarding the bus.
